Terms & Conditions for the Sunset Peak Hiking Tour:

- Reservation and Payment: All reservations must be made 3 days in advance and payment is required prior to the tour date. All reservations are on first-come-first-served basis and subject to confirmation.

- Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health and capable of hiking. Not recommended for guests who are pregnant, with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

- Equipment and Attire: Proper hiking attire, including sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing, is required. Participants should bring their own water and snacks.

- Liability: Regala Skycity Hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or loss of personal belongings during the tour. Participants undertake the tour at their own risk.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
