- *Prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable).
- Pets are not permitted in public area, including all restaurant outlets, pools, and gymnasium.
- Pets must be kept off-ground or in stroller in all indoor public area within the hotel premises.
- Pets entering the Doggie Area at SkyDeck is only permitted when leashed.
- Each room can accommodate up to one dog (less than 15 kg) while pet vaccine certificate is required to present upon arrival
- Guests are required to book Cabana Suite if staying with 2 dogs (maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at each Cabana Suite)
- Guests are required to book 4-in-1 Party Room if staying with 5 dogs (maximum of 5 dogs are allowed at each 4-in-1 Party Room)
- Extra set of pet amenities will be offered for second dog when staying at Cabana Suite, subject to hotel's availability
- Reservation must be made 3-day in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- All prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Hotel can accommodate up to 2 persons in the same room, except Suites. For family travel, Hotel can accommodate up to 4 persons in Suites.
- Child refers to a kid aged 3 to 11.
- RegalaSkycityHotel reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of RegalaSkycityHotel should be final and conclusive.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
Friendly Reminder
New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products
As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
As a wise green traveller, please join us to reduce the use of disposable plastic products and co-create a better living environment!
