- Prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable).
- Reservation must be made 5-day in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.

- All prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Hotel can accommodate up to 2 persons in the same room, except Suites. For family travel, Hotel can accommodate up to 4 persons in Suites.
- Child refers to a kid aged 3 to 11
- Regala Skycity Hotel reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Regala Skycity Hotel should be final and conclusive.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
Friendly Reminder
New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products
As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
