- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable).
- A non-refundable payment will be charged upon reservation. No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed
- All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
- Should there be any disputes, the decision of Regala Skycity Hotel shall be final and conclusive.
